With Training for Tennis you will gain strength, stamina, and mobility to give you the upper hand on your opponents!

  • For Adults

  • Focus on strength, mobility, speed, endurance

  • For small groups (4 to 6 people)

  • 45 min sessions, 2x/week Times based on group/team preferences

  • Available at LTC

FEE:

4 ppl $25 per person/session

6 ppl $20 per person/session
